1. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

If you are a UK consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14-30 days, depending on the nature of product, of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must contact us at hello@rwings.co.uk within 14-30 days, depending on the nature of product, of delivery. You then have another 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

2. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on most products, but the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty:

  • Skincare and beauty products that have been opened, used, or are no longer in a resaleable condition.
  • Personal care or hygiene products where hygiene seals have been broken.
  • Custom or personalised items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order number from the sale confirmation) must be provided.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement.

Please report any issues within 30 days of receiving your item by contacting us at hello@rwings.co.uk with your order number and photos of the defect or damage.

4. How to Return an Item

To return a product:

  1. Email us at hello@rwings.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will send return instructions and the return address.
  3. You must return the item(s) within 14 days of notifying us.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • If rejected (e.g., item not in returnable condition), we will notify you.

Shipping costs are only refunded where the entire order is returned.

6. Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at present. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order if you wish to purchase a different product.
